CLASSICAL BALTICS VILNIUS – RIGA – TALLINN

1 Day. Vilnius

Arrival in Vilnius. Transfer to the hotel.
3-hour guided city tour. Admire the UNESCO-listed Old Town, Baroque churches, medieval
courtyards, and cozy cafés. Visit architectural gems such as Vilnius Cathedral, Gediminas’
Tower, and the Gates of Dawn, followed by the Amber Gallery and a stroll through the artistic
Užupis District, often called Lithuania’s bohemian republic. Enjoy panoramic views from one of
the city’s hills.

2 Day. Vilnius – Trakai – Vilnius (60 km)

Half day trip to Trakai. Guided tour at the 14th-century Trakai Castle. Surrounded by serene lakes
and lush forests, Trakai was once the capital of Lithuania during the reign of the Grand Dukes. It
fascinates visitors with its wooden architecture, magnificent scenery, and medieval treasures,
and is one of the most photographed destinations in Lithuania.
Lunch in a local restaurant or boat trip around the castle.
Back to Vilnius and evening in the Old Town.

3 Day. Vilnius – Rundale – Riga (320 km)

Drive to southern Latvia and visit Latvian “Versailles” Rundale Palace – which is the summer
residence of Duke of Courland, designed by the architect B. F. Rastrelli of Italian-Russian origin,
who also created the famous Winter Palace in St. Petersburg. Most of the Rundale interior decorations were created between 1765 and 1768. A Baroque palace cannot be imagined without
the French garden, an elaborate architectural framework devised of green plantings.
Transfer to the hotel in Riga.

4 Day. Riga

After breakfast continue your journey to Latvia. On the way visit Latvian “Versailles” Rundale
Palace – which is the summer residence of Duke of Courland, designed by the architect B. F.
Rastrelli of Italian-Russian origin, who also created the famous Winter Palace in St. Petersburg.
Most of the Rundale interior decorations were created between 1765 and 1768. A Baroque palace

5 Day. Riga – Pärnu – Tallinn (315 km)
